At Silver Fox Freight Management, all merchandise and orders are fulfilled through Printful, our trusted third-party production and shipping partner. Because of this, we do not process refunds, returns, or exchanges directly. 

If you experience any issues with your order (such as incorrect items, damaged goods, or printing errors), please contact Printful customer support directly through their help center at https://help.printful.com for the fastest resolution. 

We recommend providing Printful with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product (if applicable). 

All refund, return, and exchange requests must be handled through Printful in accordance with their policies. Silver Fox Freight Management LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
